Job Brief
As an Account Executive at FAME, you will have the B2B industry insights at your fingertips as a part of a growing sales team who's mission is to help international and national brands in Dubai to work in a new and better way when it comes to marketing their product and services.
Your day-to-day work will consist of managing all aspects of the sales process, including active prospecting, qualification, evaluation, closing, and account care, and will play an integral role in the success of FAME. You will manage the entire sales funnel from the first call to closing call. As someone who works directly with our current and prospective customers, you will be in the right position to gain insights into our sales machine's needs. As a confident communicator, you will be responsible for conveying to customers. You will ensure an incredible customer experience through the handoff process and help our team develop and scale best practices with these processes.

What you'll do:
- Creating new opportunities and acquiring new customers focusing on driving toward individual sales targets.
- Consistently identify new sales opportunities and maintain associated activity necessary to generate new sales
- Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations by online demo.
- Prepare accurate sales quotes, and develop and present product demonstrations and proposals to clients professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on FAME´s CRM system. Ensure all documentation is complete
- Focus on prospecting new customers to achieve a high volume at the top of the sales funnel. Manage sales pipeline from initial contact through a billed customer
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling web-based products/services.
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to over-achieve quotas in past positions.
- Proficient skill in CRM systems.
- Have a passion for Sales with a proven track record of strong negotiation skills, high performance, and target achievement.
- Have proven experience in an outbound sales atmosphere, comfortable prospecting and managing a sales pipeline.
- Maintain a high velocity regarding sales activity consistently.
- Possess a self-starter approach and a high level of drive to achieve business goals and individual targets.
- You are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail who can work independently within a team-focused organization.
- Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and new accounts.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language, spoken and written, is required.
